2. Product
Shorts & Skills is a digital product: a set of skills (instructions and files) and supporting material to use with ChatGPT or Claude when creating short-form videos. It is delivered as a downloadable file. It is not a course and does not include training, individual support or a subscription to any AI platform. To use it you need your own paid ChatGPT or Claude account, contracted and paid separately with its provider.
3. Price and payment
The price is a one-time payment shown in euros on the website and on the payment screen before you confirm. The launch price may change without notice; the applicable price is the one shown at the time of payment. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. using the payment methods available at checkout. Cerberus Advanced Solutions does not store card details.
4. Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, the download link is shown on the confirmation page and sent to the email address provided at purchase. Check your spam folder. If you do not receive access, write to [email protected] stating the email used for payment.
5. Invoice
An invoice is issued automatically for every purchase. If you need it to include your company details (business name and tax ID), enter them on the payment screen before confirming.
6. Licence
The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the product in your own content projects. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files, or use them to create derivative products marketed as skill systems.
7. Right of withdrawal
As this is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, under Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users) and Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is lost once the download has begun, with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right is lost. By completing the purchase you agree that access is provided immediately and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal from the start of the download. If you have not downloaded the product, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days by writing to [email protected].
8. Warranty and liability
The product is warranted to match the description on the website. No specific results in views, followers or income are guaranteed: they depend on factors outside the product. The operation of ChatGPT, Claude and video platforms depends on their providers and may change. The liability of Cerberus Advanced Solutions is limited to the amount paid for the product.
9. Updates
Future improvements to the workflow that are published will be made available to buyers at no additional cost, unless they constitute a clearly separate new product.
10. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. You may submit complaints to [email protected]. The European Commission provides consumers with an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
