2. Data we process

When you buy: name, email, country, billing details and, if you enter them, business name and tax ID. Payment data (card or other method) is processed directly by Stripe; we do not receive or store it. When you contact us: the data you include in your message. When you browse: technical data (IP address, browser) needed for site security.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Managing your purchase and delivering the product: performance of a contract. Issuing and keeping invoices: legal obligation (tax and commercial law). Answering your enquiries: legitimate interest or performance of a contract. Sending you updates of the product you bought: legitimate interest; you can object at any time by replying to the email. Site security: legitimate interest.

4. Retention

Purchase and invoicing data is kept for the periods required by tax law (at least 4 years) and commercial law (6 years). Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them and, afterwards, while liabilities may arise.

5. Recipients

Processors needed to provide the service: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (payments and invoicing), Cloudflare, Inc. (security and email forwarding), Google LLC (hosting of the download file on Google Drive), OVH (server hosting in the European Union). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework apply. Data is not shared with third parties for other purposes and is never sold.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected], stating the right you are exercising and the email you purchased with. If you believe the processing is not lawful, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Minors

The product is intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly process data of minors.
